Four Dressy Christmas Outfit Ideas.

One thing my family and I do every Christmas Eve is go to Christmas mass. I love looking around for my outfit ready for this occasion because I love all things Christmas and I love shopping. It’s also kind of fun to get a little dressed up in my holiday best.

Below are a few of the options I considered this year.

Festive Plaid Pants

I love these Vineyard Vines pants and I think they’re so Christmasy. I actually went with them tonight, pairing them with an older, flare sleeve sweater I have, these flats, and this headband. (Take a look at my latest Anthro cartto see what other goodies I found there) These pants are so comfy and warm and have a lot more movement than they look like they do.

Tweed Coat and Plaid Pants

I can’t tell which is the star of the show: the pants or the jacket. I really love the simplicity of this look. But, it’s still holiday-y with the plaid and the coziness of the jacket. Very subtle, which is the complete opposite of the last outfit (and the ones coming up!).

Glam It Up

I think it definitely depends what church you go to. But, if you’re looking for a church outfit like I was, this might not be the pick. I just love the glam of this look. I might save these pieces for a Christmas party or closer to New Years.

What is a Duo Team of Santas? Tunics (ok, not that funny).

I just love tunics. I think when worn the right way, they are really classic and elegant. It’s kind of a timeless look. I added a little festivity with the plaid in the pants (can you tell that’s my favorite trend for this time of year?).
