Styling Saturday: Drab to Fab

The outfit on the left is pretty chill for a casual day around the house or running errands. But, I wanted to mix it up a bit and put a little of my flare into it.

Autumn Cashmere / Sweater – This sweater is soooooo soft and comfy. What really attracted me to it was its versatility. I love how it’s somewhat slouchy so it can be worn pretty casually. But, I also loved that I could see myself dressing it up with possibly a cream pair of slacks and nude flats on a chilly Spring day. It’s pretty breathable so it’s perfect for lounging around the house when it’s BOILING out.

Target / Tank Top – I literally have a thousand of these tanks in every color. They’re super soft and can stand alone or be perfect for layering.

Old Navy / Shorts – I got these shorts SO LONG ago but I have never had a reason to get rid of them because they’re so versatile. As you can see above, they’re perfect for casual looks or looks that are a little bit more intricate. Loft, where I originally bought this pair, no longer sells them. But, I’ve found something slightly similar.

Soludos / Sandals – These are some of my favorite shoes. I’m currently on my third pair of them and they (and this brand) frequently make appearances in my OOTDs and posts. I just think they add so much to an outfit without overpowering it. Unfortunately, Soludos no longer sells them. I’ve linked the same pair in a different color.
