• Day Eight: Working From Home

I put actual pants on today and I was really proud of myself. I’ve been taking about a two mile walk every day and I always change into my Tretorns but, today, I decided to start my day with them as well. T-Shirt: P.J. Salvage Jeans: Old Loft (J. Crew Factory) Sneakers: Tretorn (Tretorn) Although I was wearing jeans, this outfit was still super comfortable. I’m pretty positive my t-shirt is a pajama top, confirmed by the brand name, but that’s what makes it so comfy.  These are my favorite of all time sneakers (they’re my third pair) but, unfortunately, I’m not able to find them anymore. I just ordered…

  • Day Six: Working From Home

It is SUPER chilly today so I’m pulling out my old Winter pieces. The dreariness outside makes me feel even colder L. But, this was honestly an outfit I just threw on right before I went downstairs. I normally set out my clothes the night before. But, I had no motivation last night. So, I went with what I was feeling, which was cold and in need of a blanket wrapped around my body. Everything in this outfit has been in my closet for quite some time. So, I’ve listed a couple similars for each piece. Turtleneck: Nordstrom (Nordstrom Rack) Poncho: ASOS (Lulus/ Anthropologie) Leggings: Target Boots: Old Dr. Scholl’s (Boden) I…

  • Day Five: Working From Home

Day Five is a comfy outfit as well. I’ve begun mostly working in my bed all day and I don’t think that I could sit in it in anything uncomfortable with other options just steps away from me. Again, I made an outfit around a pair of my MANY black leggings. Blouse: Banana Republic Poncho: Tuckernuck Sweater Poncho Leggings: Old Target Shoes: Taryn Rose Necklace: Urban Outfitters This is such a comfy, cozy outfit (even though it looks fairly put together). Popping a collar is a way that I love to add a touch of elegance to a simple outfit. The Tuckernuck sweater poncho is super soft and heavy. It’s…

  • Day Four: Working from Home

I decided to put on pants today. But, I went with my COMFIEST pants. I watched Just Go With It last night and was inspired by Jennifer Aniston’s casual wardrobe. I love the look for boyfriend pants with a more feminine top, such as this V-neck sweater. Everything in my outfit have been staples in my closet for quite some time now. But, I tried to track down some similars. Sweater: Old Target (Similar/ Similar) Pants: Gap Khakis(Similar) Belt: Old Rebecca Minkoff (Similar/ Similar) Shoes: Target Accessories: Kate Spade Knot Bracelet/ Old Kate Spade Chain Bracelet (Similar) / Kate Spade Initial Necklace / Fitbit Wrap Band This is such a soft and cozy sweater.…

  • Day Three: Working From Home

Another comfy, comfy outfit that doesn’t look too shabby if I do say so myself. Blouse: Tuckernuck Shirt: Old Nordstrom (Similar) Leggings: Target Shoes: Old Soludos (Similar) LOV-ING this Tuckernuck peplum/pleated blouse. I love that it can be dressed up or dressed down. But, it’s also super soft and lightweight. Pairing it with my favorite, comfiest Soludos was an easy choice. Soludos used to carry this style every season but I haven’t seen it recently so I linked to another cute pair they have.

  • Day Two: Working From Home

Ok, I lied … I have put jeans on. But they’re super comfy jeggings. These are the jeans I was envisioning creating an ensemble with my sweater from Day One. This is pretty much my go to beginning of Spring outfit: a Spring colored sweater and light jeans. You’ll be seeing a lot of this from me this season. Sweater: Old Madewell (See Below for Similars) Jeans: Loft Shoes: Taryn Rose This is probably the softest Madewell sweater ever (it does shed, though). Unfortunately, I bought this last Spring. So, they don’t sell it anymore L. But, I found the same one in some Fall/Wintercolors. And, I also love another sweater of theirs that’s…

  • Day One: Working From Home

As with many companies recently, my company has announced that we can work from home if we would like to. Since I was given this option, I decided to do my civic duty and work from home. If you’re on the fence, here are a few articles about our need to social distanceand how bad it can get if we don’t. Since starting to WFH, I’ve been making an effort to keep my routine. Normally, I wake up super early and hit the gym for a 5AM class. But, with the gym closed, I’ve cut this portion of my routine and pasted it at the end of my day, working out at home.…

  • Super Warm Professional Clothes

As Winter is wrapping up, I’m reflecting on what I’m most excited for in the Summer. My main source of excitement is not having to bundle up all day erryday, obviously. But, I guess sometimes Winter outfits can be cute too. My main tip when dressing for Winter is to stay comfortable. But, when doing this, you don’t have to look drab. I’ve compiled some of my go-to, super cozy, yet professional, outfits. Scarf: Old Aerie Blanket Scarf (Similar / Similar / Similar) Belt: Old Rebecca Minkoff (Similar) Sweater: Nordstrom Rack Flats: Anthropologie This is a SUPER comfy, warm outfit. And, because the scarf is the main attraction, it’s completely ok to wear leggings.…

  • Warm Going Out Outfits.

It is officially winter, which means it’s that time of year that I have to force myself to leave the house whenever I want to be social. The absolute LAST thing I want to do is freeze on my way to and outside of a club. So, I’ve compiled a few going out outfits that keep me warm in the Winter. Top: Black V Neck T-Shirt Skirt: Lulu’s Boots: Gap Earrings: BP This skirt has become one of my favorite going out pieces. I love the color and the style. It’s super comfy but still has that clubbing feel. It’s also perfect for pairing super simple pieces with. Top: H&M…

  • Four Dressy Christmas Outfit Ideas.

One thing my family and I do every Christmas Eve is go to Christmas mass. I love looking around for my outfit ready for this occasion because I love all things Christmas and I love shopping. It’s also kind of fun to get a little dressed up in my holiday best. Below are a few of the options I considered this year. Festive Plaid Pants Navy Satin Blouse/ Red Plaid Cocktail Pants/ Navy Suede Pumps I love these Vineyard Vines pants and I think they’re so Christmasy. I actually went with them tonight, pairing them with an older, flare sleeve sweater I have, these flats, and this headband. (Take a look at my latest Anthro…
